Entreprise familiale fond\u00e9e par Mohamed Sakai, le restaurant, qui est aussi une filiale de la laiterie Kardada, est devenu, en peu de temps, l\u2019attraction des amateurs de fromage traditionnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On y vient de partout pour d\u00e9guster diverses vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de ce produit laitier. Et tout le monde en sort satisfait. Une source de fiert\u00e9 pour le patron, Mohamed Saka\u00ef. \u00ab Nous essayons de donner une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 notre ville. L\u2019id\u00e9e est venue des origines de la r\u00e9gion qui a une vocation agricole et touristique. Ces facteurs nous ont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 lancer ce projet, avec la production du fromage traditionnel El Gefs, d\u00e9j\u00e0 connu par nos anc\u00eatres. Nous avons alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9largir notre gamme de produits \u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-il.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mohamed Saka\u00ef affirme que son restaurant produit essentiellement des fromages bio, pasteuris\u00e9s et vari\u00e9s \u00e0 base du lait frais. \u00abC\u2019est un projet \u00e0 100% familial. L\u2019\u00e9pouse, les enfants et le p\u00e8re s\u2019entraident pour produire ces fromages. Le m\u00e9rite revient aussi aux \u00e9leveurs qui nous livrent du lait cru de vache, de ch\u00e8vre et de chamelle \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il, en pr\u00e9sentant les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon lui, l\u2019id\u00e9e a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 capter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des amoureux de fromage qui viennent des quatre coins du pays.
